Fairytale, really?
but it was never meant to be a fairytale. life's not perfect, life has its ups and its downs. what we have is more than a perfect story. we have a lifestory.

in life there's sure to be sorrow and disappointments. but its the darkness that makes the moon and stars shine brighter. and we know that through it all, we can trust that God's there for us. lighting up our life paths even at its darkest hours. bringing us unfathomable joy.
because He himself is Hope.

each chapter, each episode recording genuine feelings and thoughts as a Child of God goes through the rollercoaster of life. and how the Grace of God still leaves her amazed and humbled, each time.

and the goal of this week is errr, to be still.

left, center, right. noooo, wait up. ahhhh down down down. nvm, lets just let it go. let God.

Everlasting, Your light will shine when all else fades.

i like how C.S. Lewis puts it, "God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks in our consciences, but shouts in our pains. It is his megaphone to rouse a deaf world."

this morning, instead of noise created by people who just want to be heard, our family read the bible. to ponder and prepare our hearts before we come humbly with the right attitudes to meet Him. i think we should do that every week.

anyway, was just reading Psalms 42. wow, what a beautiful Psalm!

As the deer pants for streams of water,
so my soul pants for you, O God.
2 My soul thirsts for God, for the living God.
When can I go and meet with God?

3 My tears have been my food
day and night,
while men say to me all day long,
"Where is your God?"

(: wow. i really dont know what to say but wow. hahaha. i love the "at night his song is with me" (: keep singing praises to Lord God and it will lift up your spirit. As you sing the songs, think of the Lord's goodness :D really so super awesome.

as in the second part of it. hahaha, we really are mirrors of each other. how else better to become more in His likeness but to look to each other (and Him of course), improving our attitudes and behaviour towards each other. do continue to pray for my horrible wicked tongue that instead it may spring forth living, clean water. (: love, and be silent.

the art of losing myself in bringing You praise. let me cultivate this joy, this habit of always seeking to give God the glory. yes, the best is yet to be. LOL nvm.

prayers are ground shaking, mountain moving, errrrr, k. idk, most importantly, heart-changing. (:

hiiiiii, God loves you. all of you.

happy/sad, they're just emotions. i believe that joy is different. its far deeper than that.

i will hide in the shadows of Your wings. You are my strong tower, my very present help in times of need.

and i will learn to be still. please pray for me.
