last night i was pondering about fear. of exposing too much. of saying too much.
well, then i realised thats the entire meaning of
trachelizo.
to lay bare and exposed. this runs the risk of being attacked or torn down; criticized or ridiculed.
To love at all is to be vulnerable. C.S. Lewis said something like this before. and well, we're called to love the people of this world (not the world, mind you.) so, i guess this is right. that i continue to strive for honesty and a clear conscience before God and man.
1cor4:5, everything will come to light when Jesus comes. as long as we walk uprightly in Word and Spirit, why should we fear. there's no need to hide away.
so LOL, yes. made up my mind not to close my blog. but to keep persevering on.
on another note, woke up today talking with dad. as in my real earthly dad. LOL, nvm.
anyway, we were talking about life, boys and games. LOLOLOLOL. for starters my dad agreed that maybe its true guys never do grow up. hahaha, i assured him that everyone doesnt, as long as you know when to do the appropriate things- thats key.
ah but its kinda scary seeing how people play games so much and ignore the reality around them. quoting someone, "escaping from reality?"
its freaky how games take precedence over relationships.
can you see how much they care for you.C'mon son. just return home, why wont you.
this is tough, growing up. my parents are getting old. hi who's gna assume the responsibility of taking care of the family, who's gna take up the reins.
never really liked games and virtual fantasy games wtv. seems so harmful. i mean, i'm not against playing games for fun, for a little while, just cause you're bored and you've nothing else to do.
but most of the time we would have other stuff to do right. like maybe go look for a job. maybe go study. or maybe, just maybe. why not try healing some hurting relationships.
what takes priority in life- relationships or games. family time or online battles. reality or virtual.
