25 OCT
today was first belay school. wow. i was super luan. i didnt know whats going on. hahaha. had lotsa facts to copy down. other than that nothing else. quite freaked out considering it was our first belay school. erm.. we left school at 6.30 or 7pm. super tired. had no more trackpants left. stayed behind in school till 7.20 to meet weiting and take trackpants. but in the end, sky getting dark so went home. i wanted my parents to fetch as very tired but they got course. i was very disappointed. nearly cried in the streets. dunno why.

26 OCT
second belay school. did rock-climbing. slowly got used to how we are supposed to treat the leaders and authority. i felt happy. i actually reached the top of the rockwall and it was my first time. they were asking for a climber. no one wanted to go. so i went lor..
lyana was belaying me. i climbed up and rarely look down, only pausing to see how to continue. i knew that if i looked down i would give up. so i carried on until i reached the top. the most difficult part was the last 3/4 of the wall. my hands were aching and i didnt know how to continue. (if only they taught us the 'take' and 'got' command then.) i was clinging on like dunno what. lol. anw, then i reached the top. the leaders in charge of my lane was very nice cos they never ask me to do anything up there, for e.g. kissing E.T. yucks la. dunno how many ppl's saliva there liao, under the rain and sun and wind. all the bacteria breeding. yeeeew. D.I.G.U.S.T.I.N.G. haha. ok, continue.
anw, i was abseiling down when leader lyana suddenly say: 'Janice, dont worry i wont let you fall' hahaha, i was almost gonna laugh. i was like 'eh?' and when i got down down i had this light-headed feeling and i cannot see properly (i think the sun shone straight into my eye and hurt it) i was like so blur la. then next station was abseiling. so thats' why i fail abseiling and climbing test. lol. and i dunno what they talking abt. super dizzy la. anw, a few leaders and asst chief suria was concerned. (: i felt very happy. but anw, i was STILL sick. not that i pretended to be sick hor... but THANK YOU, leaders and asst chief suria.

31 OCT
thot we had test but no, dont have. strangely, i dont recall anything about this belay school.

7 NOV
the fourth belay school. had lotsa tests. abseiling, climbing and knots. which is obstacles and campcraft. went for campcraft first. was OK. but i couldnt differentiate between a twisted knot and a neat one. so yea. then got climbing test, we had to change the runner(twine) and set up climbing station. i tied double figure of 8 instead of double figure of 8 on double bight. and for abseiling station, i for got to lock the karabiner. sigh. big mess-up. stupid me. then, me and yvonne asked for permission to leave early cos we got our promoter job thingy. we went to foyer to double-check if we had been chosen. and WE HAD. and we went to look for asst. chief sharron to tell her that pw and sf also had to leave. then we were telling pw abt the job thing, then behind us, got a few leaders including leader weiting and i think, leader wanning, etc.
leader WEITING: HELLO, JANICE!
(i pretended not to hear)
janice exclaimed: peiwen, we got the JOB!!! we passed the interview!!
leader WEITING: HELLO!
janice turned around and waved! yvonne also waved.
then suddenly, quietness.
LEADERS: ORH HOR!!!!!
janice: omg. yvonne! (grabs yvonne's hand, pull her around to face the leaders)
janice: GOOD MORNING LEADERS!
(freaks out, PANICS and RUNS away.)

sigh...

me and pw took taxi home(my home), bathe, eat. and left for lucky plaza. met some guys who were in charge of this stuff and explained to us. we were supposed to get people to do a survey and fill in their hp no. if any part of the survey's ans or any of their conntact nos' is not fully filled in, not qualified. and we have to get 20 qualified a day or if not no basic pay. wth. so diff. i only got 3 on the first day.

day 2
i went to raffles place with pw. it was much easier there and i think i got 7. yippee!
you were like screaming and crying. i listened to you. and realised that you were right. most of us altho. saying we'll be best friends forever, in the end also dont even say hi when they rub shoulders. sigh. no wonder you were so sad. that night, janice became weak and cried along with you. pls dont leave the school. escaping the haunting memories of cedar and your friends are not the way, memories are with you whereever you go. it wont help. pls think it thru carefully.

day 3
spent the morning making an encouraging bookmark for YOU. (: hope you like it.
went to raffles with pw, sf. yvonne sick. we met this public member who was pissed with one of the ppl working in the job. he said that the person scolded swear words at him and he demanded to see our supervisor. i was like oooh, those guys must have scolded him real bad words to make him SO angry. he wanted to call the police. anw, we gave up on the job. we didnt want to continue. the job was CRAP. there was so many restrictions you had to abide by before you could get anything at all. i would even call it your pay, maybe just 'chicken rice money'. lol.
we met up instead, went to PS and worried abt LTC and planned for family chalet which was in 4 days time. yvonne who was leaving for genting during the weekends, was getting stressed that it would not plan properly. met many ppl i knew. lala. nth much.

NO MORE WORKING DAYS TO BLOG ABT.

13 NOV
woke up, unusually happy. whoopie. going chalet. i took my stuff and bbq things. carried all the way to JALAN TOA PAYOH which is like so FAR. thank me, ppl. i bought the bbq stuff, you know!!! haha. ok, nvm. then i was very lost. i didnt know which stop to stop at.. kept on calling zoey. lol. then after a LONG time, reached zoey's house. forgot to bring prawns. dumb me. and we continued to buy food. the chicken wings were super heavy. then we were like choosing whether to buy sausage or hotdog. then i suddely remembered. oh, it the sausage halal? so in the end we decided to buy a pack of sausages and the rest was halal hotdogs. then zoey realised. eh? no malays going our bbq what. halal for what? we were like laughing our heads off. rachel was like super duper enthu la. she kept running ahead of us to buy the food. and we actually had 3 rounds of shopping altho the first time, we had wee wee's help. then we bought more stuff. we went up to eat lunch. had porridge and for the first time in my life, i saw zoey eating alot. no, i mean ALOT. she ate this:

and i couldnt even finish my bowl of porridge la.
anw, we went down to sit her fathers' car. then when we wanted to leave, rachel started crying for zoey la. so CUTE! omg. she kept crying lor and i saw smtg. zoeys' father gave 10dollars to rachel to stop her crying la. so good. imagine just crying and getting 10 buck for it. hahha. but anw, she was really sad that zoey left la. then we went to the chalet and checked in. we went to the arcade to play. it was so far away from pasir ris chalet la. sigh. then we played a few games. and went back to chalet. (yes i know. we were that LAME.)
YVONNE LOST HER HANDPHONE!! both of us rushed back there and looked for it. under, over, in, sides, all. we were so pin-ming. lol. then we told the counter and gave them our no. then yvonne prayed and miraculously, at that very time, i found the hp. just when we were about to give up! omg. and.. it was found exactly where yvonne and i had searched before! isnt that miraculous? thank GOD!! woooooooooooooooooooooooooohoooooooooo.

so we went back and played cards and then we went to the bicycle kiosk and rented the overnight bike. we cycled around pasir ris beach. it was so dirty ok.. sigh. then we cycled till sky dark. then we got scared and left. on the way, we called for KFC. then soon, we went back and it came. so we ATE and ATE. until we could eat no more. then we discussed who wanna be the characters in goong.

then we talked and talked abt dunno what. we cried and laughed.


and then i went kukoo and started pretending like cai jing. there were 4 beds, two nice beds and 2 pull out. since aonan and zoey had to leave for camp audition, we let them use the nice nice beds, ONE EACH. while the other four of us had to SQUEEZE into 2! so we slept horizontally instead of vertically. i couldnt sleep so i started tying my hair caijing-style. the pics are with zoey. hahaha. so stupid lo. anw, then we all started laughing and zoey took pictures since we were laughing too loud for her to sleep. then suddenly, aonan said that we tie wrongly. then we pretended to talk like in the show.
JANICE: shi, niang niang.
AONAN: lai, wo lai bang ni
JANICE: xie xie niang niang de en de..
hahahhhahaha.......
in the end they still never sleep early and we were sleeping in this order:

then they were joking that

and that she was sleeping with xin and lu ON THE SAME BED.

okay, anw. then soon, after all the noise stopped, zoey, aonan, pw and sf fell asleep except xin and caijing. then we crept up and prepared for our next day bbq. see, we so nice. (: i was 'peeling' sweet potatoes with a knife while yvonne using her karate hands, break sweet corn into pieces and put butter and wrap into aluminium foil. then the sweet potatoes so hard to cut la... and no chopping board so made quite alot of noise as i chopped on the metal sink (carefully). then everytime, we will laugh becos we were like so tou tou muo muo, making weird kinds of food at night??? no i mean MORNING. LOL. okay, so we cleaned and deveined the prawns, removed feelers and sharp sharp thingy and then smart smart yvonne made some funny funny cute cute innovation. she cut open the 1.5L bottle and put the prawns in. (let me remind you that we had not much containers with us.) wooo hooo. then we had rapture!!! we squished and squashed all the prawns into one container.... NOTE: that is not the main reason why the prawns were so smashed.
okay, so then at 5, we woke them up to go see the sunrise. then we were all like where's the sun gonna rise and we cycled so far but in the end, the sun didnt rise. i mean, it did but we were at the wrong part of the beach. so ??? what were we doing. then we went back to chalet where aonan and zoey got ready for school. then we all went to sleep. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

then we woke up. (quite obvious.haha) and watched tv, returned bike. and we ate maggi mee. played more games. and did nothing much. went to the beach again to book bbq pit. till they came back at around 2. then we hanged around and received our LTC booklet where we were told to memorise LOTS of things. which i eventually didnt. and we suddenly got very discouraged and didnt wanna go. lol. we all complained to each others and told our worries.
then went for bbq. was quite fun altho most of the time me and yvonne was hiding in the room and watching the sad episode of goong, teary-eyed. haha. then shi fu came and 'scolded' us for slacking. hahaha. so funny. then we went back to roast marshmellow. weee. yummy. had fun. went back to chalet tired. very tired. but we still bathed and talked and talked abt stuff like CCA, results, changing school, family, and finally, life. lol la. we agreed and disagreed with each other. occasionally, bringing up a newspaper article. then, we finally slept. woke up; and brushed up. went home. sigh. good times pass so fast.

17 NOV
i had a dream. we were all in school checking results. you were so afraid. and you two didnt get in. you cried and we hugged together and cried. sigh. just as reality. i went back to school with my parents. wearing jeans and a CHILDISH black shirt. WOW. i have GREAT reputation now. anw, i checked and officially, i got into triple science with like, 15 other ppl from my class. so many.well, at least i wont be lonely. correction: that lonely without you

sigh. what a long post for those who wanna read abt LTC and CCA. read onto the next post. lol. fei hua. -.-
